Conference Rate:

The Guest room block will be held until August 9th. We encourage you to make your lodging accommodations as early as possible!

Please call Arrowwood to book your rooms at 1-866-386-5263 or call the front desk at 320-762-1124 and ask for reservations.  Make sure you ask for the “MN EMS Medical Directors block of rooms”

The conference rate is $134.00 per night plus tax without water park passes.  If you would like to add up to 4 waterpark passes to your room, the guest room rate will be $164.00 per room, per night plus tax. 

Suites are available at a rate of $194.00 per room, per night plus tax based upon availability. If you would like to add up to 4 waterpark passes to your suite, the guest room rate will be $224.00 per suite, per night plus tax. 

Townhomes are available--3-bedroom are available for $479 per night and $599 for a 4 bedroom. 

Cottages are available--  2-bedrooms are available at a rate of $329 per night and $499 for a four-bedroom

Lodging arrangements at Arrowwood MUST be made by August 9th to assure availability.
